Today I did yoga with Liz. It was a short sessions between 20 to 30 minutes. We worked our legs, abs, arms at a moderate pace with stretches and relaxation. Yesterday we had a longer yoga session and by the time we were done I was warm and sweaty (hot and sweaty didn't sound good).
On Tuesday, two days ago, we did a short yoga session in the morning and we went to Zumba in the evening. Liz needed to be introduced to Zumba. I've been doing Zumba for half a year and I love it. Having fun dancing is the best way to exercise!
