We are still going strong with our excersices. I am very proud to report that we haven't even missed a day, because once you miss one day then more follow...
I haven't lost any weight. Well, the first week I lost almost 3 pounds but they are back on. I'm not disappointed because I didn't really started this ecersice program to loose weight but to tighten up which I think is happening slowly. I am sore, not painful sore, more like tired sore. Even though I'm happy with the routines we are doing I think soon I will have to start with my Zumba again. I have been so tired that when I tried last week I almost died half way through so I decided not to go for a while but I miss it.

My 2nd week in exersice program
My 2nd week in the P90X exercise program...Today is the 2nd day of my 2nd week doing P90x, and luckily and happily I am not too sore. Last week every muscle of my body was sore. I couldn't sit or stand up without grunting, and my arms, shoulders, back, etc were also sore.
Jared agrees with me, his arms are tired and heavy but at least he can raise them, last week he couldn't.
The workout today went a lot smother than last week, and I think I worked harder because my heart rate was raised and I was sweating. Doing the same thing last week I never reached the "sweating stage" I was too tired and sore.
We are also eating lots of lean protein and lots and lots of veggies, some fruits but not too many carbohydrates. Actually we are not eating white rice, instead we are having brown rice, couscous, barley, etc...and bread only 2 or 3 times a week.
This exercise program is supposed to last for 90 days. I wonder what we will do next.

Back to Normal
I am so glad that things are winding down back to normal. For the past month and some my life have been CRAZY. I love moving or so I think and say, but in reality is really, REALLY stressful.
I have been completely stressed out. I haven't had time to exercise which I need to do to stay happy (I haven't sign up for a gym yet, that is actually on my to do list for today, right after I go to the post office and hopefully, before lunch.)
On top of all of that "moving stress" we had to go to Utah right in the middle of our move. I LOVE GOING TO UTAH, I had to put that in capital letters because it sounds bad to say "we had to go" but really it was a very bad time for us to travel. It was just so close to the holidays, we didn't have a house yet, and we were only a couple of weeks away from our move out day... And did I mention that I drove the kids to Miami in mid October and came back 4 DAYS before flying to Utah!!?
The trip to Miami was also something I had to do. Now I can't drive to Miami as often as I before because we are a few hours farther north and Isabella started normal school. I probably would only be able to visit my mom during the summer, and so I had to drive one last time...and this is why I say, I am so glad to be in our new home, settled, Christmas over, and ready to have my normal life again!
