Projected excercise for the 2010-11 school year :)

I was going to start an exercise blog, but I haven't posted anything for a few weeks...(I love the ...)
For the past few months I have been exercising regularly, except for the last week and a half, by going to the gym for 3 to 5 hours a week. Now that I decided to home-school my kids I may spend less time at the gym.
Last week I only did one hour of yoga at the gym because my schedule was completely crazy/busy. This week my plan is to normalize my schedule and go to yoga or zumba for at least 3 hours. The breakdown of my projected gym time is as follows:
Tuesday: Yoga at 6pm
Wednesday: Zumba at 7pm and/or Yoga at 8pm
Thursday: Zumba or yoga at 6pm

There is also a middle eastern dance class after the Yoga classes that I'm considering but I'm not too interested, so I'll have to try them at least once in the near future.

  1. I am jealous! I want to join a gym and do classes. But because I won't be joining a gym anytime soon, I will make a goal to run 3 times a week, starting the middle of September. Andrew leaves next week for 2 weeks, so I can't start yet. I'll let you know how I do. (Maybe I should also make a goal to do ab exercises??? I'll think about it some more.)
