September 12th to the 18th Exercise Update

Last week I went to the gym only once. On Wednesday I went to do yoga. On Tuesday I had a cub scout meeting and on Thursday Jared got home late. I went jogging Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. I don't jog for long, usually only one and a half to two and a half miles around my neighborhood which includes two hills.
Our goal, Jared's and mine, is to run/jog 3 times a week. He has been running regularly for a few months now and I have been doing great for the last couple of week. We have our running schedule so that Jared wakes up at 5 am and goes running, then I wake up at 5:30 am so that as he is coming into the house to shower and get ready for work I go out to jog. By the time I'm done running he is ready to leave for work. It works out perfectly, the only downside to this is the waking up so early in the morning. Nowadays by 9 pm we are really sleepy and tired.

  1. I didn't know that you did cub scouts! How do you like it? Andrew and I are still the Webelo leaders. You guys are impressive to wake up early and run. Before we got Chief, Andrew would always talk about how when he had a dog he was going to wake up early every morning and go running with the dog. Well.....that happens NEVER! Pretty much I am the lone dog walker.
